Организация для осуществления клиринговых операций (clearing house) с ценными бумагами в США, созданная в 1977 г. в результате слияния Национальной клиринговой корпорации, принадлежавшей Национальной ассоциации дилеров по ценным бумагам (National Association of Securities Dealers Inc.), и занимавшихся клиринговыми операциями подразделений Нью-Йоркской фондовой биржи (New York Stock Exchange (NYSE)) и Американской фондовой биржи (American Stock Exchange (AM EX)). Через Национальную клиринговую корпорацию осуществляются расчеты по покупкам и продажам на обоих рынках.
